CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

We even have an equestrian center if you like horses.
You’ll be on the front lines and help us grow by connecting with established and prospective customers to help us deliver exceptional services - from Marketing, Sales and Customer Service, to IT, HR and Finance.
Initiate inbound and outbound sales and customer support calls
Handle and resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues
Dispatch on-site customer support teams
Track activities and follow procedures, guidelines, and policies
Greet and assist visitors
Provide general administrative and scheduling duties as assigned
Skills / Qualifications:
Please be comfortable and enjoy working in a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial environment and be customer-focused, friendly, outgoing, professional, self-motivated, team-oriented, a problem solver and a good communicator. Also have solid skills in basic business writing, computer experience with a CRM app and Office 365 / Office apps such as Word and Excel.
Experience / Education:
Phone-based customer service and/or inbound/outbound phone sales experience.
Call center experience desired – but this job is not a high-pressure, boiler room gig.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment, post job offer drug and background screen.
